1. Our position

APOLO MUSIC respects copyright. Because the studio is private, generated tracks are not published by us — but if material generated on APOLO MUSIC is distributed elsewhere and infringes your rights, we will act on a valid notice.

2. Submitting a notice

Send a written notice to dmca@apolo.studio containing:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
  • Identification of the allegedly infringing material, including a track ID or URL.
  • Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with your contact details, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction in your district.

4. Repeat infringers

Accounts that receive repeated valid infringement notices will be suspended or terminated.
